For years we waited on side walk repair...leveling between slabs. They eventually did some, but as shifting takes place, due possibly to blasting, there are again jutting slabs. A very bad one was filled with black bitumen. We are not in a slum. The slabs need to be leveled and gaps filled with cement. Can this be addressed early, please. Again, the Presidents of HOA’s can be approached for help.

West Lake Drive, south of Bayhill is a race track, dangerously so. The north has speed bumps. I will volunteer to approach residents with a petition to our commissioner and the county to install speed bumps immediately. This is especially important because of the presence of children in the neighborhood.

We are not located in a slum, but it looks like we are one the way to becoming one. Maybe the County can be asked to place fines on the offenders. There is a dump nearby in PSN (click here for map), it is free and well organized and everybody here drives a motor vehicle. I know that the County will collect on request, usually within 2 weeks of request, but the garbage should be put out the night before the collection. The practice is not only unsightly, it is hazardous as rats, raccoons , opossums etc. tear thru the deposits. Quite frankly, it is disgraceful.
